This Privacy Policy outlines how Armagan D. Beyaztunc ("LyramAi", "I", "me", or "my") handles personal data collected through the website hosted at lyramai.com and its associated operational sub-systems.

As a Systems & Automation Engineer, I build systems with strict data minimization principles. I process user data exclusively for handling inquiries, conducting automated system diagnostics requested by you, and maintaining website performance and security.

Google Analytics & Cloudflare Zaraz

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) managed securely via Cloudflare Zaraz. Cloudflare Zaraz executes analytics tools directly in a edge-side sandbox server without loading third-party tracking scripts directly in your browser session.

Key Privacy Features of Our Analytics Setup:
  • ✓ IP Anonymization: IP addresses are truncated at the network edge before metrics are transmitted to Google servers.
  • ✓ Consent Gate: Analytics tools are only loaded after you explicitly give consent via our consent banner.
  • ✓ No Cross-Site Profiling: We do not utilize Google Remarketing or cross-site user identification features.

Webhook & AI Automation Processors

When you submit a diagnostic inquiry through our forms, your data passes through automated routing nodes to fulfill your request:

1. Make.com (Integromat) & n8n.io Secure Webhook Handlers (`hook.eu1.make.com`) used for parsing incoming form JSON payloads in European data centers.

2. Notion Relational Databases Encrypted database storage used as a private internal CRM to track diagnostic client requests.

3. AI Language Models (OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini) Zero-data-retention API endpoints used solely to parse and classify complex diagnostic questions into structured tasks. Data sent to these APIs is NOT used to train public AI models.
